Returns
As Xpress products are personalised we can only accept returns of products in their original condition within 10 days of dispatch at the discretion of our Customer Services team, provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit, or the goods suffer from a manufacturing defect within that 10 day period. We will exchange any non personalised item if ordered/delivered in the incorrect size as long as they are returned unworn and in the original packaging and condition. All postage costs will be charged to the customer.
